The detail shows an abstracted jewelery motif from a complex repeat which also incorporates floral and scorpion elements. Such ikat hangings (or pardah, literally meaning curtain or veil) are typically composed of between four and six narrow panels.

El detalle muestra un motivo de joyería estilizado, parte de un diseño repetitivo complejo que también incorpora elementos florales y figuras de escorpiones. Estos tapices "ikat" (o "pardah", término que significa literalmente «cortina» o «velo») suelen estar formados por entre cuatro y seis paneles estrechos.
